May be a problem with size of elements

For example, the 4 "close" buttons must have the same size

Hey I downloaded this and it doesn't show the wordings on the title bar.

to fix the title bar in TrueAero 1 add the following in skin.ini
--------
[ICON]
Size=16
PosX=7
PosY=3
Orientation=Left

[CAPTION]
FontName=Trebuchet MS
FontSize=13
Orientation=Left
-------
and to fix title bar in TrueAero 2.5 add the following in skin.ini
------
[ICON]
Size=16
PosX=18
PosY=16
Orientation=Left

[CAPTION]
FontName=Trebuchet MS
FontSize=13
Orientation=Left

notice that Caption doesn't use a "PosY" attrib so it won't be positioned correctly in version 2.5

by the wat, it used to crash before if u added the title bar coz it tried to draw the icon outside the title bounds since u changed the size of the title bar, so all u need is adjust the PosX and PosY of the icon appropriately and it'll work
